I. Love Insurance Limited collects personal data (Name, Date of Birth, Address, Phone Number, Email Address etc.) solely for the purpose of conducting a professional service. For example, while you visit our website, we’ll make a note of your Location, IP address and Browser Type. We’ll use this for purposes like Fraud Prevention.

Any and all data collected via any means is stored securely in accordance with the relevant Data Protection Legislation(s) of both the jurisdictions in which it was submitted and received, and will be permanently destroyed upon request/when no longer required/in accordance with our operational policy.

At any time, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us through use of this website, via social media, by email or by any other means. You can also request that we erase the personal data we hold about you, should you no longer wish for Love Insurance Limited to retain this information. I. This is restricted to Management. Two Factor Authorisation is required to access and maintain the Data we store.

I. Love Insurance Limited will share personal data collected, as well as details of your circumstances and the Policy you wish to purchase with the relevant Provider/Underwriter. This is carried out in accordance with Data Protection and does not effect your Statutory Rights.
II. By engaging with the services of Love Insurance Limited, you consent to any and all disclosure for the purposes identified herein.
8. Where we send your Data
I. Unless required by Local Authority, State or National Law, Love Insurance Limited does not send Personal Data collected by any means to any third party individual or organization.
II. Email enquiries may be checked through automated spam and/or virus detection and prevention services as required. Any offensive, illicit or illegal activity will be immediately reported to the authorities, noting the Geographical Positioning and IP Address.
